Helen's practice focuses on women's issues, young people, isolation, social anxiety, trauma, sexuality, and gender.  Of particular importance is the examination of wellness and self-care as an integral part of the client's healing, growth and wholeness.   Clients will find a safe, accepting and affirming environment in which to explore themselves and their path.

     Helen is a member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists, and has a master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University.
